ADHD Therapy

Two years ago, I started offering therapy tailored to clients with ADHD. Having personal experience with ADHD, I recognized a shortage of knowledgeable and trained mental health professionals in this area. Additionally, I observed a connection between neurodivergence and eating disorders, which motivated me to seek further training and a certification to specialize in ADHD.

I was lucky enough to see Tiffany during college when I had an eating disorder and was learning about my new ADHD diagnosis. That time is when I needed her the most. When I called her for therapy again several years later, she was there for me and it was like no time had passed. Tiffany is patient and understanding. The space she builds feels safe and honest. I’m very grateful to have her in my life and recommend her highly!

When I started seeing Tiffany I was at a low point in my life. I had just gone through a breakup and I was so angry. I had outbursts my whole life and people always called me a hot head. I had been told I had ADHD when I was younger but there was such a stigma around being a boy with ADHD that my parents didn't pursue it. Tiffany worked with me to understand my ADHD and work through the shame I had around things I did in my life as a result of having unmanaged ADHD. Tiffany worked with my doctor to have me properly treated. My life is so different now than it was when I walked into her office and I am so grateful that Tiffany looked through my anger and depression and found the part of me I thought I lost. I tried seeing a therapist that took my insurance and realized quickly it was not a good fit. Initially, I wanted to use insurance to see Tiffany but working with her was worth going through the steps to pay out-of-pocket and then get reimbursed from my insurance.
